Cleanliness could be much better upon arrival!!! Noisy cleaning staff too early in the morning!!! Air conditioning needs a serious upgrade for guests to get a decent night's sleep!!! Bathing arrangements in the bathroom are awkward!!!

Sound isolation is a major issue. I actually heard too much of what my neighbors were up to, which made it hard to relax. The breakfast didn’t impress either. it felt quite basic compared to the excellent food options outside. Also, the shower doors could use an upgrade. water easily spills out and makes a mess, and an anti-fall handle would definitely enhance safety and convenience.

We had a pleasant four-night stay in the Double or Twin Room with Balcony. The staff were genuinely helpful, and the proximity to public transport made exploring Lisbon convenient. Be sure to visit the rooftop pool for a relaxing break. A few more power sockets would enhance the experience.

The rooftop pool had a perfect view, especially during the sunset. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially one guy, Antonio, who just went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

I had a fantastic stay because I was just a few steps away from some stunning viewpoints like Miradouro da Senhora do Monte and only a 20-minute walk to Praca do Comercio, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable.
